Hike Feb. 4
After their hike with the group from the RV park, they guys were excited about going on another hike to get a good view of Weaver's Needle. Click on the link to get a good explanation of this interesting site. We had seen it off in the distance in a couple of spots when driving around, which was good enough for Becki and I. On Monday morning they got up at 5:30 and headed out. They wanted to be out hiking when the sun was coming up. Becki had no idea what they were talking about. When she wakes up, the sun is just there! (sorry, Becki, just had to include that) :)))))
Becki and I spent some more time working on our scrapbooks. I am almost finished with my Christmas book. The boys got back around noonish. They had a great time. Met up with a volunteer ranger. This is Al's dream job. Be careful, Daybreak Rotary, he may substitute Fantasy Land with volunteer rangering.

Ah, that's better. |
These pictures were just taken with their iPhones. Al took a lot of really good pictures with his Canon, but we have not taken the time to get them converted from raw, downsized and transferred to my computer. Just seems like too much trouble in our lazy dazy mood!
Wow those pictures are great with the iPhone. It looks like a great hike.
